Bring a Friend to Yoga

For the month of May, all ESF clients are encouraged to bring a friend to any of our yoga classes.  Friends can enjoy the yoga classes free.  As you know, friends don’t let friends skip yoga!  Let’s move, stretch, twist, bend, and breathe together.

Here is a list of our weekly yoga classes:

  • Monday 12pm
  • Tuesday 9:30am, 7pm, 8:15pm
  • Thursday 9:30am, 7:30pm
  • Saturday 4pm
  • Sunday 9am, 4pm

Our yoga instructor team looks forward to welcoming your friends to our studio and introducing them to the many benefits of yoga.

Connecting breath and movement, and being aware of where and how your body moves through space is so important for everything in life.  It is a great way to develop kinesthetic sense.  On top of that, it can also be relaxing as well as a fun, healthy activity to do with your friends.
