    Hi There, We don’t have student rates but our regular rates are very reasonable with lot’s of options 3 month $130/ 1 month $60 / 5 class drop ins $50 / 10 class drop ins $99. Hope to see you at the studio.

    I was wondering when your current Drop-in class sale will be ending. I am going to be away for a couple of weeks in September and don’t want to miss out. =)

    Our current drop in schedule will be ending on Sept 16th with the new fall schedule kicking in on September 17th.

    Hi Maya, Here is a description of “Yes! Yoga” written by our instructor Linda Dom. Essentially, “Yes! Yoga” is a modified version of a Kundalini practice. This means, lot’s of movement as well as chanting.

    “This is the yoga class you’ve been waiting for that will ENERGIZE your body and DE-STRESS your mind through a total mind-body workout that will tone and strengthen your “core and more” while rebalancing your glandular system and strengthening your nervous system so you can FEEL ALIVE with increased physical vitality, mental clarity and emotional serenity …
