Running Clinics

Join our friendly running group! This fall, train to complete a 5km or 10km event at the Fall Classic. Our full body approach to training includes warm ups, mobility drills, running techniques, and opportunities to explore yoga and strength training. The group meets once per week.

5km or 10km Training Group


  • 9 week running schedule
  • Meet at Eastside Fitness Saturday 9am
  • September 9th to November 4th
  • 1x per week group run
  • 10% off your entry to the Fall Classic
  • includes 6 yoga classes or fitness classes from our drop in schedule
  • due to limited training time, all participants should be able to run for 10 minutes before joining this group
