THESE SESSIONS HAVE ALREADY STARTED. OUR NEXT CLINIC TAKES PLACE IN THE FALL. 9 WEEK CLINIC FOR 5KM RUN/WALK OR 10KM RUN PROGRAMS WILL BE AVAILABLE. REGISTRATION BEGINS IN AUGUST 2018.
Train to complete an 8km or Half Marathon (21.1kms) event at the BMO Vancouver Marathon. Our full body approach to training includes warm ups, mobility drills, running techniques, and opportunities to explore yoga and strength training. The group meets once per week.
8km or Half Marathon Training Group
- 14 week running schedule
- Meet at Eastside Fitness Saturday 9am
- January 20th to April 28th (no group run March 31st)
- 1x per week group run
- 10% off your entry to the BMO Vancouver Marathon
- includes 12 yoga classes or fitness classes from our drop in schedule (2x 6 Packs)
- Half Marathon Clinic Participants should be able to run for 10 minutes and have completed a 10km event within the last year
