Running Clinics

Join our friendly running group!  We will train together for 14 weeks leading up to the BMO Vancouver Half Marathon and 8Km Event on May 7th, 2017.  Our group will get you to your goal in a safe, effective program designed with a whole body approach.  We include strength training, mobility drills, interval, and hill running workouts and yoga classes as part of your program plan. Half Marathon Training Group

$75  REGISTER

Includes:

  • 14 week running schedule
  • 1x per week group run, building to 21.1 kms (Saturday mornings at 9am)
  • Eastside Fitness shirt
  • 10% off your entry to the BMO Vancouver Half Marathon
  • 3 yoga classes and 3 weight training classes from our drop in schedule
  • Program begins Saturday, January 21st
Pre-requisite: Must be able to run 1okm to participate in this training group (any pace)
