Saturday Kickboxing

This very popular  program will get you learning proper kickbox punches and kicks as well as skipping, lifting weights, stretching, twisting and more.  Feedback since we started running the program two years ago has been excellent!  Participants range in age from 20’s to 60’s.

All levels welcome from beginner to advanced!

Program Details

Dates: 10 sessions Saturdays April 14th – June 23rd (no class May 19th)

Time: 10am-11am


Early Bird $150 (until March 18th)   Regular $175 (March 19th – April 5th)   Late $190 (April 6th onwards)

  • 2004 BC Champ and Bronze Medal at National Champs, 54 kg, boxing
  • Combined boxing/muay thai record of 11/7
  • BCRPA registration in personal training and group fitness
