Juan is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor who is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.  Through his own training in endurance running and as a run clinic leader at the Running Room, Juan has developed a solid understanding of how strength and conditioning programs can enhance athletic performance.  Juan is also available to work one on one with you to design a custom, beginner running program.  Have you always wanted to try running in a 5km or 10km event?  Juan can help!
