Lorenzo has over 10 years of weight training experience and has been a personal trainer since 2013.  He is an integral part of the Eastside Fitness team, sharing his passion with our clients as a personal trainer as well as in fitness classes.  He is certified in the Functional Movement System which is a wonderful tool for assessing movement patterns and subsequently prescribing corrective exercises to improve the quality of each and every exercise.
