Alexa has always been committed to active living. Aerobics and yoga classes as a teen was the beginning of her love for the energy and fun of group fitness. Having experienced the joy and health benefits that regular exercise has brought to herself and those around her, she brings this enthusiasm to her work as a Trainer. When not at Eastside Fitness, you can find Alexa hip hop dancing, running, skiing, cycling or cheering on her kids at x-country races, track meets, or dance performances. An active life is the most rewarding life.
