Pilates Mat Series

bootcamp east vancouver, fitness classes on Fraser and Knight StreetJoin this group for a series of 6 classes.  Each class incorporates non-impact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, and balance.  The Pilates approach integrates breathing, movement, proper body mechanics and strength exercises to achieve stabilization of the pelvis and trunk.  In this series, all exercises will be done on the mat, and with minimal equipment.
