All prices in Canadian dollars.

Your pass will be activated on the first class you attend and is valid for 90 days/30 days afterwards.  You have access to attend any of the classes on our schedule.  You may reserve spots for up to three classes per week using our online reservation system.  The “6 Pack “Drop in pass does not have an expiry date.

   Hi Darnelle,

   So I noticed that you don’t have the Core & Stretch class scheduled on Mondays at 4pm any more. Any chance it will be added? I’ve carved out sometime to come in & get fit and I really enjoyed (sorta ) that class and was hoping to start up again. I don’t know if any of the other teachers will be joining me though. Anyway, if there’s an interest and if it’s possible that would be great.

   Hi There, Sorry the class is not on the schedule at them moment due to low attendance in the fall. Possibly reinstated if there seems to be more interest in it.
