Personal Training Rates/Packages

Individual Training

A session is 55 minutes and includes your custom designed dynamic warm up routine, exercise program, and a cool down/stretch component.  Sessions must be pre-paid in full before the first appointment.  The first appointment is a detailed fitness assessment, health history, and goal setting interview.

Partner Training (2-3 people)

Working with a partner or small group is most beneficial when all group members share similar goals, limitations, and availability to train.  Each session is 55 minutes and includes your custom designed dynamic warm up routine, exercise program, and a cool down/stretch component. Sessions must be pre-paid in full before the first appointment.  The first appointment is a detailed fitness assessment, health history, and goal setting interview.

  • 5 Sessions $400  
  • 10 Sessions $700  
  • 20 Sessions $1200 

Half Sessions

Half Sessions are 30 minutes.  Half Sessions are only available in packages of 5.  These sessions are ideal for those with injuries or recovering from an injury, those new to exercise, teens or older adults who may not be able to sustain physical activity for a full hour. Sessions must be pre-paid in full before the first appointment.  The first appointment is a detailed fitness assessment, health history, and goal setting interview.

  •  5 Half Sessions $200 ($40)
