South Hill Striders Run Club
If you can run for 20 minutes at any pace you can join this group. We are a fun bunch but we work hard to meet our goals. Our workouts include track intervals, track drills, hill work and tempo runs. All runs start with an easy warm up where the whole group stays together for 10-20mins. Drills are also preformed together. The workouts are done in such a way that different levels can work together and nobody gets left behind. We encourage participation in the many great running events our city has to offer, as part of the South Hill Striders Run Club.
Beginners are welcome! We do not have a run/walk program at this time.
Where: Memorial Park Track Or meet at distance runwear at 6:20pm for an easy run over to the track.
Cost: $85 Membership Fee
- includes $25 credit at Distance Runwear + 5 yoga or fitness classes at Eastside Fitness
- membership runs from January to December
- no workouts in August or December
