We offer workshops, programs, and other fitness opportunities that are not part of our unlimited class schedule. Workshops and Programs have limited spaces. Please register early to avoid disappointment. The Spring 2017 selection of programs is now available. All programs begin in April.
Programs are a series of classes that will progress over the duration of the program.
Workshops usually occur once. The workshop format will cover a specific health or fitness related topic, skill, or technique and can be given in a lecture or discussion format with notes and other presentation features. Not necessarily a “workout”.
