Sunday Kickboxing

If you are looking for an amazing workout that includes mobility work, shadow boxing, conditioning, boxing drills, resistance training and more, this is the Kickboxing class for you!

Date: 10 weeks Sundays April 8th – June 17th (no class on May 20th)

Time: 11am – 12pm


Early Bird $150 (until March 18th)   Regular $175 (March 19th – April 5th)   Late $190 (April 6th onwards)
