This 10 week program is designed to complement and support your athletic endeavors and enhance your every day life. Expect to see improvements in speed, strength, endurance, power, and agility. The program is preceded by 5 x 30 min individual prep sessions where our coach will teach you proper technique for exercises you will be doing in the class. The coach will also get a chance to learn about each participant and where their starting point is.
